There’s no busy reception and no waiting. We welcome you personally and take you straight to your private room. A back entrance is there, should you prefer it.

Good to know before you come.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time and therapist. Walk-ins are accommodated when availability allows.
How much time should I plan for my visit?
Everything is prepared for you, so there is nothing to bring. Plan for about 20 minutes beyond your massage: around 10 minutes to settle in beforehand, and 10 minutes afterwards for the shower, tea and something light. This is on top of your booked time. Extras that add time extend your visit accordingly.
How do I pay, and how does tipping work?
Full payment is required when you reserve. The THB 500 tip is not included and is paid directly to your therapist at the studio.
What if I need to change, cancel or arrive late?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours before your appointment. After that, and for no-shows, the payment is not refunded. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your massage so the next guest is not kept waiting.
How private is my visit?
Discretion is part of how we work. There is no shared waiting area, and you go straight to your private room. If you prefer, you can use our back entrance, with parking on Silom Road. We ask only for what we need to reserve your time, and your details stay with us.
